ASSEMBLAGE MULTI-MEDIA ART WORKSHOPS

Participating in creative art practices inspires the imagination, promotes positive thought processes, and transports us from our daily lives to embark on a journey of self-discovery and meaning. 

In these Fine Art classes, we create colourful, original artworks unique to each participant in a multitude of artist’s mediums. While learning a range of technical skills, we also explore and discover the knowledge that underpins the artwork. Suitable for people with art experience or absolute beginners. 

RELIEF PRINTING

Using a variety of cutting tools, participants will carve an image into a small piece of printmaking lino or wood. We then ink the surface with water-based ink and print onto artist’s printing paper. This workshop provides instruction for beginner relief printing, to create a small original art-work. This knowledge can be expanded on with further printmaking techniques. 

All materials are included.
